A trip to a Dubai Courts service facility is the first step in formalizing and legalizing a marriage contract in Dubai. You will need to provide the necessary information on a digital form at the service facility.

After the paperwork is filled out, an authorized employee will verify that both people participating in the marriage have given their permission. After the request has been validated and the consent has been verified, the document will be electronically signed by both parties.

A judge will then examine the paperwork to make sure it satisfies all legal standards. The judge will use an electronic signature if everything checks out.

After the judge approves the marriage contract, it will be stored in an electronic record. The candidates will receive a copy of the finalized contract through email and text message.

For the most up-to-date information on registering and getting approval for marriage contracts in Dubai, it is best to visit a Dubai Courts service center or their official website.
